Hungarian version


- 4 or 5 ají amarillo fresco / fresh yellow aji (chili), seeded and deveined
- 1 large onion, peeled and cut in 8
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled
- 3 graham crackers
- 200 g farmers cheese
(ricotta or feta), diced
- 3 tablespoons toasted peanuts
- oil (necessary amount)
- ¾ cup evaporated milk (approximately)
- salt, pepper


Fry onions in oil with garlic, and chili until golden.

Remove from heat.

Place onion mixture in blender. Add graham crackers, cheese, peanuts and condensed milk. Blend until a thick creamy sauce is obtained. If necessary add oil while blending. Season to taste.

Serve with lettuce, boiled eggs and potatoes.
