TAHINI

Tahina or Tahini is a dipping cream made of one of the oldest cereals, the hulled sesame seeds. It can be used as an ingredient for sweet and salty dishes, but the most tasteful is the spicy, garlicky and lemony Tahina cream. It’s great on fresh bread rolls, toast or crisps, and however you eat it, it retains its high copper, zinc, calcium and magnesium content. Tahini cream is rich in fiber and vitamin B1, which is particularly beneficial in a modern lifestyle. You won’t find a more refreshing, quick and healthy breakfast. Of Course, it cannot be lacking of Fanan’s range either and we are pleased to see that it is becoming increasingly popular in the Hungarian households.
